Welcome to the Cancer Teaching Tool. This tool is designed to help you provide personalized educational materials to newly diagnosed patients. Use the tool to select the information relevant to the patient you are seeing and the tool will pull together a PDF document with information about their specific diagnosis and treatment plan (if selected).

We collect the answers people provide to be used in future development of the program and research related to use of such a program. Your use of the program is completely voluntary.
